Psalm 119
Lord you have let me follow you by your grace. Please grant me favor in your sight and let me be the example to the people I come in contact with of a true Christ follower. Lord reveal yourself to the babes of this world. The ones that are regarding as weak and foolish to confound the strong and wise. Thank you Lord for loving me. For the glory of Christ's name.

Psalm 119 v41-48
Psalm 119
41 - Wait for the everlasting love of the Lord, He has promised to bring it to you according to His promise.
42 - What kind of answer is the salvation of the Lord to those who taunt me? I trust His word and that means the one who taunts me can never have final victory. Nothing he does is eternal. What a great promise the Lord has given us.
43 - How can I hope in the "rules" of God and not become like the Pharisees? To fear the Lord taking the truth out of my mouth.
44-45 - How can I seek the law continually, forever and ever? The only way I know is by His grace alone. What does it mean to walk in a wide place? We must pursue knowledge of the Holy One.
46-48 - When I delight in the Word of the Lord, I have no shame to tell of His fame before kings. For the one that knows that lasting Joy is in Christ alone the pleasure of seeing God's name glorified brings great lasting satisfaction. Please let us know your word Lord so that we may have your words when we go before kings.

Psalm 119 v 33-40
Psalm 119
Lord let me delight in your ways and turn my eyes from looking at worthless things! Lord by your grace lead us in to follow your Word. Cause us to abandon empty tradition for the everlasting joy of knowing you. Lead me in the path of your commandments for I delight in it. Cause me to be sickened by evil and never grow numb to suffering. So that I may be forever drawn to your glory and righteousness.

Psalm 119 verses 25-32
Psalm 119
Lord please help me understand your word. Please guide me in these days of many false and evil things. Keep me far from evil and help me to grow more like your Son everyday. Lord give me wisdom of what to say and do in these times.

Psalm 119 - Verses 17-24
Psalm 119
Verses 17-24
When we ask for the Lord to give us in abundance, we do not picture the end result being "that I may live and keep your word." Such our the ways of the Lord, He will give greatly when it concerns are being more like him. The next verse shows that by his grace alone we are able to "behold wondrous things" in His Word. Next we see that we are only here for a short time so we beg the Lord to not hide his commandments from us. Then in verse 20 with the power of the Holy Spirit our soul can be "consumed with longing" for His Word. Finally the section ends saying, no matter what the world is plotting against me. No matter what the evil ones want to accomplish. Lord keep me in you will because you are my delight.

Psalm 119
Psalm 119
Verses 9-16
Lord let me remain in your word. Let me not make excuses that I am too tired to delight in your word.
Help every Christian strive to take on your command to store up your word in our hearts. We think that we will never have the right thing to say. How can we when we ignore memorizing your word? Lord give us grace to get your word into our hearts. So we will not forget your word.

Psalm 119
Psalm 119
Lord that you may give me the grace to keep my ways steadfast in keeping your statutes. Only by your power would I be able to seek you with my whole heart. My ways are selfish and do not honor you. Please give me the strength to stand firm and follow your statutes today. That your Son will receive all the glory and praise.

Psalm 118
Psalm 118
Bless the Lord! Honor and praise and glory and power unto the Lord our God. I praise you Lord with thanksgiving. You have done amazing things and every breath of life I have comes from your grace. I praise you Lord for you are worthy. There is none like you, you have all beauty and wisdom. No other is worthy of praise. Just the Lord!

Psalm 117
Psalm 117
How can all the nations praise the Lord if they do not hear? If every American would actually stop watching TV long enough to actually listen. They would discover they are called to work toward completing the Great Commission. The scariest thing should not be that God sends you to Africa or the Middle East. The scariest thing should be ignoring God's Word.
Why is it so important to change the way we think about the nations? Verse 2 says it, "great is his steadfast love toward us." If his love is steadfast or preservation than why waste the short time we have to do missions with a mundane job, political fights at church, and planting flowers and mowing your lawn? Our American mindset would seem like madness to Paul and to any early believer. There would be great concern whether Christ was our Lord or not, and maybe there should be.
